In this privacy policy, we inform you about the processing of your personal data (as of May 2022).


(1) General

Sententia GmbH, FN 564229z, Neu-Anspacher Straße 5C, 5303 Thalgau, (hereinafter "Sententia") collects and uses your personal data only with your consent to the agreed purposes or if there is another legal basis in accordance with the GDPR (in particular in the context of contract processing); this in compliance with data protection and civil law provisions.

Only such personal data are processed that are necessary for the implementation and processing of the commissioned or requested services or that you have made available voluntarily. Sententia will not process personal data for purposes other than those covered by a (pre)contractual relationship or by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the GDPR. Excluded from this is the use for statistical purposes, provided that the data provided has been made anonymous.

Personal data is all data that contains individual information about personal or factual circumstances, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, etc.

Your personal data will not be stored for longer than is necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations and to defend against any liability claims.

(2) Hosting

We host our website with our order processor easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10 1100 Vienna (Austria).
For the purpose of providing and delivering the website, connection data is processed. For the mere purpose of delivery and provision of the website, the data is not stored beyond the call.
The legal basis for the data processing is the absolute technical necessity for the provision and delivery of the service "website" expressly requested by them through your call in accordance with § 96 para 3 TKG.
For the operation of the website, the connection data and other personal data are additionally processed within the scope of various other functions or services. This is informed in detail within the framework of this privacy policy for the individual functions and services.

(3) Data processing within the framework of Contract processing

For the purpose of contract processing, we store the following data: name (company), date of birth, address, possibly delivery address, email address, telephone number, fax, bank details, credit card number and company, information about the order (Order, confirmation message, shipping confirmation) and IP address.

When registering for the newsletter, your name and your E -Email address used with your consent for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or the email address provided is clearly incorrect. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided for this purpose in the newsletter. A data transmission to third parties takes place exclusively to the provider and a service provider with whom we send our newsletter. In the event of proceedings or out-of-court disputes, data may be transmitted to administrative authorities, courts, legal representatives or insurance companies. The data processing takes place on the basis of your consent.

(5) Data processing with consent for advertising purposes

If you have consented, your name, your address, your e-mail address and your Phone number used for our own advertising purposes until you revoke your consent. A revocation of a given consent is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the contact option described below. A data transmission to third parties takes place exclusively to the provider and a service provider with whom we organize the interested party file, and possibly to Österreichische Post AG in the case of postal mailings. In the event of proceedings or out-of-court disputes, data may be transmitted to administrative authorities, courts, legal representatives or insurance companies. The data is processed on the basis of your consent.

(6) Data processing when using the contact form

Notwithstanding efforts to maintain a reasonably high level of due diligence at all times, it cannot be ruled out that information you disclose may be viewed and used by others. Please note that Sententia therefore accepts no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by it and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g. hacking attack on email account or telephone).

Sententia endeavors to ensure that data breaches are identified at an early stage and, if necessary, reported to you or the relevant supervisory authority without delay, including the respective categories of data affected.

Right to object

If the processing of your personal data is based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing.

Unless there are compelling legitimate reasons for the processing on our part are available, the processing of your data will be discontinued on the basis of this legal basis.
